Creating purpose for our existance in this spirited wine and food industry is something we take very seriously. Our belief is that there is no better way to share our delicious craft than creating festivities and events that have purpose and enjoyment results. Our oyster socials, curated multi-course wine dinners and perfect-match wines series, guest chef wine dinners, Blind Tasting Thursdays, and signature small plates are widely known as astonishing experiences. So many of you have told us that coming here is like joining family. So we continue to offer these special occasions.

This three-course meal includes Irish potato cake, corned beef and cabbage, and blackberry fool.
$10 deposit is applied toward your final bill.
Spring Break Restaurant Week-ish
March 26 – March 29, 2026
3 Course Menu $38, wine pairing available for $15
Executive Chef Josh Morrison decided that Restaurant Week was not enough time to showboat his staff’s talent, so they created a shorter version of the concept for the spring break season.
– First Course –
Roasted Golden Beet Carpaccio
Black garlic, champagne cream, pickled mustard seed, marcona almond, young celery heart and micro arugula
– Second Course –
Crispy Lake Walleye
Delicate fish veloute, crushed Yukon gold, blistered cherry tomatoes, pea tendrils and dill oil
– Third Course –
Basil Olive Oil Cake
Basil olive oil cake with lemon curd and lemon mousse, finished with chocolate tuile, fresh mint, and candied pistachio crumble
$10 deposit is applied toward your final bill.

Looking to visit Brengmans for some wine and/or food? Make a general reservation here and we can guide you through your visit upon arrival. For our standard “tasting”, including 4 wines and a bread/cracker plate- please take a look at our “Taste of Brengman” reservation below! General Tasting Room reservations allow us to guide your group to the right glass and/or bottle of wine by providing a complimentary splash or two of our wines. Spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholics are available.

Explore our sustainably farmed Crain Hill Vineyard or the winery through an array of experiences to suit your taste, from seated wine tastings to guided vineyard excursions and cellar tours.
Vineyard & Cellar
VIP Tour
Embark on an exclusive VIP tour, starting with a scenic vineyard walk and a glass of wine as your guide explains the current activities. Explore the winery’s tanks and barrels, then enjoy a seated tasting and discussion in the education room, paired with a charcuterie board. Led by one of our winemaking experts, this intimate experience offers a deeper connection to our craft.
